CTS Trades & Vocational Courses
All courses at Shaildevi Private ITI operate under the Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS) governed by the Directorate General of Training (DGT, New Delhi). Successful trainees are awarded the nationally and internationally recognized National Trade Certificate (NTC).

1. Electrician
- Key Skills: Domestic & Industrial Wiring, Transformer maintenance, AC/DC motor winding, panel testing, and earthing setups.
- Career Scope: Govt. Electricity Boards (CSPDCL, State DISCOMs), Railways, BHEL, NTPC, industrial plant electricians, and licensed electrical contractors.
2. Fitter
- Key Skills: High-precision bench fitting, Lathe machine operations, drilling, threading, welding basics, and hydraulic maintenance.
- Career Scope: Steel plants (BSP/SAIL), Railways, manufacturing plants, heavy machinery assembly units, and mechanical fabrication.
3. Solar Technician (Electrical)
- Key Skills: Rooftop solar PV installation, inverter/battery bank setup, grid synchronisation, and fault diagnostic testing.
- Career Scope: Solar EPC companies, renewable energy agencies (CREDA), solar plant maintenance contractors.
4. COPA (Computer Operator & Programming Assistant)
